Meet Your Trainer

Personal training has been my world for 15 years, and it's a core part of who I am.

Growing up with ADHD, movement became my superpower. Exercise gave me an incredible outlet to channel my energy, and over time, it transformed into something even more powerful: a tool that helped me build real, lasting confidence in myself.

Fitness should feel possible, not perfect. I work with real people at every starting point: beginners, busy moms, postpartum clients, older adults, teens, and anyone who's ever walked into a gym and felt completely lost. I get it. I've been there too. <3

Fitness is about getting those feel-good chemicals flowing, but the real magic? You'll feel it in your everyday life. From lifting your luggage into the overhead bin with ease, carrying a full cooler to the campsite without breaking a sweat, or sitting at your desk all day with less back and neck pain.
